Angela was born in Beirut, Lebanon but has lived in Brussels and in Hong Kong making her home in London for over 25 years.

Her two passions are food and writing and she has now combined both to launch her new writing career after successful careers as a solicitor and stay at home parent.

She writes articles in a personal essay style on how food, and in particular Lebanese cuisine, has played a central role in her life from her earliest memories as a toddler in Beirut to growing up in Brussels.  Currently, as a mother of two teenage boys in London, she wants to pass on her cultural heritage through her cooking. Angela believes that what we eat and how we eat is key to our physical and mental health.

She is a member of the Guild of Food Writers and is available for commissions.
